Chateau de Belleverne Beaujolais Nouveau 2024

Beaujolais Nouveau wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes. Whole bunches are placed in tanks to undergo carbonic fermentation with the natural yeasts on the grape skins. The free-run juice and the pressed juice is then blended together and bottled 6-8 weeks after harvest, resulting in this distinctive fresh and vibrant wine.

Drink this soon! Expect the bright, fresh, red-fruit flavours of strawberry, raspberry and cherry, plus notes of banana, grape and pear drop which bring to mind the childhood flavours of bubble-gum. We don't quite know the full tasting notes because... well... it's still being made!!

Beaujolais Nouveau will be released on the 21st November 2024, any pre-orders will be fulfilled after this date!
