Vidic Ribolla Gialla Collio

A ripe, accessible style of the local Ribolla grape - one of Italy's most notable native white grapes. From the Vidussi estate in the Collio region, on the Slovenian border.

Fresh and aromatic with notes of guava, mandarin and hints of white spice. Tinned peach characters on the palate, which is textural, and held together by the bright acidity and mineral notes typical of the Ribolla grape.
