Refund policy

If you order something by mistake, let us know before we ship it out and we will cancel the order and refund you any money.

If you change your mind within seven days of placing the order, return the unopened product and we will refund the value of the product, less any shipping costs.

We’re dealing with glass bottles here, and unfortunately, glass is fragile and breakages occasionally occur. We use a specialist wine courier company that has proven to be highly reliable, but we understand that sometimes breakages do happen. If they do occur, all that we ask is that you let us know within three days of the courier delivering the wine to you. We will then ask you to return (via the courier at our cost) the original package and any other spoilt bottles. We will then credit you for the wine returned or redeliver a replacement.

A typical wine drinker will come across around 100 corked or oxidised wine in their lifetime. In other words, around 2% of wines with a natural cork closure have the potential to be off. If you open up your wine and give it a sniff and get a noseful of wet leaves, vinegar, hamster cage or mouldy cardboard, it may be that your wine is out of condition. If this happens please get in touch as soon as you can and we will either refund or replace your wine (T&Cs apply).
